SCOT – August 2012 Activities

3rd         (Friday) ADORATION at St. Pius (1727 S. 75th East Ave) Time: 5:30 to 6:30pm.  Out to eat at Top That Pizza (5347 E. 41st) at 6:45pm


      4th         (Saturday) MASS AT ST. MARK’S (1507 S. Vann) in Pryor, OK. Time: 4:30pm. After Mass we have reservations for an Amish Dinner (6:45pm) at the home of Lisa and Earl Miller in Chouteau. YOU MUST CALL Terri (918-361-7076) or Ellen (918-261-6424) by July 30th  to RSVP for the dinner. COST: $14.25 (plus tax and tip). Meet at St. Pius (1727 S. 75th East Ave) at 2:45pm to carpool to Pryor. 


      8th         (Wednesday) DINNER OUT at Spaghetti Warehouse (221 E. Brady Street). Come after work (5:30pm) and enjoy $5.00 Spaghetti night.


      11th       (Saturday)  THE SECOND SATURDAY of the month is FREE at PHILBROOK. Let’s tour the museum from 2 to 4pm, then we can go to 5pm Mass at Christ the King.


      16th       (Thursday) “THEOLOGY UN-CORKED” – 

Place: Church of St Mary’s (1347 E. 49th Place) Beckerle Hall – 7 to 8:30 pm — 

Topic:  “TBA” – Speaker:  TBA


      20th      (Monday) PLANNING MEETING at Q’doba (1520 E. 15th Street). 

It’s $1.00 taco night!!!  We will plan for September and October.

Come and bring your ideas.


      25th       (Saturday) POTLUCK DINNER AND MOVIE NIGHT at St. Pius, (1727 S. 75th East Ave).  Mass at 5:00pm, set up and social time at 6pm, Potluck at 7pm,

Movie “7 Days in Utopia” at 8pm. 


      30th      (Thursday) SUMMER’S FIFTH NIGHT at Utica Square (Grady Nichols)

Time: 7 to 9pm. Meet in front of Queenies or call Terri (918-361-7076) to find our group. Bring a lawn chair and a snack/beverage to share
