Immigration Law Workshop – Catholic CharitiesPosted: 06/27/2011
Catholic Charities will host a workshop for attorneys and non-attorneys on Tuesday, June 28, 2011, from 8:30am – 4:30pm, at 2450 N. Harvard Ave.
The workshop will cover basic and advanced family immigration law issues, the immigration consequences for criminal convictions, and defending persons in removal proceedings. In addition, non-immigration attorneys will learn how to protect clients from the risk of negative immigration consequences inherent in other areas of the practice of law.
This course has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Oklahoma for a maximum of 6.50 credit hours, of which 0.00 hours are credits covering professional responsibility, legal ethics, or legal malpractice prevention.
