60 hours of Adoration as a gift to the Pope (Update: Event Cancelled)

The Vatican’s Prefect for the Congregation of the Clergy, Cardinal Piacenza, has suggested that Dioceses take upon themselves the organization of 60 hours of Adoration to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Pope Benedict’s Ordination to the Priesthood on the Feast of Ss. Peter and Paul in 1951.

The hours of adoration begin on June 25th, at the Saturday Vigil Mass for Corpus Christi, and continue through to the Vigil Mass for the Feast of Ss. Peter and Paul, June 28th. We will need all of you to sign up for one or more hours of Adoration.

Thank you for your participation!

The 60 hours of adoration for the Holy Father has been canceled due to lack of interest (see http://dioceseoftulsa.org/section.asp?secID=313).
